A renowned sales, marketing and development specialist, his career has involved working and living around the world, including in Europe, Asia, the USA and Canada. He has overseen real estate and resort sales totalling over $1 billion CAD.
Donald is a property specialist with more than 25 years of international experience in the real estate industry, as a developer and shareholder in several significant international development projects including residential resort communities, commercial activities and golf projects. His extensive experience has been achieved working in many countries. Donald also sits on the board of several real estate-related companies.
Andrew Alcorn has extensive experience in design, engineering, development, project management and construction, working for regional and international engineering and construction companies over a 30-year career. He graduated first-in-class with honours in Civil Engineering Technology from NBCC. Andrew is responsible for managing all departments at Forest Lakes, including development, sales, marketing and administration, and ensures deadlines and budgets are consistently met. In addition, he is responsible for development agreements and all civil works and infrastructure associated with the development of Forest Lakes Country Club as well as implementing and executing strategic planning.
Andrew approaches leadership at Forest Lakes with full transparency, excellent communication, honesty, and drive. He encourages collaboration between all departments and is immensely respected by his peers, acting as a mentor to many.

Ralph has more than 10 years of senior sales leadership experience with established and emerging technology companies throughout Eastern Canada and has lead teams and sales processes in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he has developed strengths in identifying sales processes and working collaboratively with key stakeholders. Ralph is responsible for the sales efforts for Forest Lakes Country Club through all channels, domestically and internationally.
In her role as Marketing Director, Joanne is primarily responsible for driving the North American marketing activities for the Forest Lakes Country Club. A graduate of DeVry Institute, she possesses local and international experience and has extensive understanding of print and digital markets. A strategic planner, she has a knack for looking at the "big picture" with creative flair and fun, forming strategic partnerships along the way that make sense for the growth of the team's marketing activities.
Tom is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in design and project management for residential, commercial and golf course projects. He has been involved as a director and technical director for significant property development in Ireland, Spain, USA, the Caribbean and Canada.
