Our current project is a 1000+ acre site located in the maritime province of Nova Scotia, Canada which is intended for a development called Forest Lakes Country Club.
This will be a luxury lifestyle resort packed with amenities embracing the great Canadian outdoors. Currently the site is undeveloped. The land was rezoned in June 2008 to permit a 'Resort Style Development' with many amenities. This is the foundation for Terra Firma to submit a Resort Style Community Master Plan.
Forest Lakes Country Club will be a Luxury Lifestyle Resort unlike any other development in Atlantic Canada. It will offer an extensive range of accommodation options including villas, townhouses, condominiums with all supporting amenities and facilities aimed at local, regional and international clientele.
