Tom has worked as a Director and Technical Director in significant property developments in Ireland, Spain, USA, Caribbean and now Canada. Tom is a professionally trained civil engineer and has almost 30 years experience in design and project management for residential, commercial and golf course projects.

John was trained in radio and television broadcasting and has worked in both mediums as well as in government, media and public relations. John has owned and operated businesses in the construction, environmental technology, food service, forestry and human resource consulting sectors and has also served as the Executive Director of numerous private organisations in both Canada and Europe.
