Terra Firma Development Corporation Ltd is a Nova Scotian Corporation specifically established for the development of several lifestyle resort communities in Canada. Our current development project is Forest Lakes Country Club in Nova Scotia, Canada.
The business relationship between the principals dates back to 1983. Collectively, they have almost 100 years experience in many aspects of Real Estate including the development and marketing of more than 3,000 residential units in several European countries, the US and the Caribbean.
Individually as entrepreneurs, they have various interests relating to property in several countries worldwide bringing together a wealth of expertise, experience and capital to the business and a great deal of momentum behind the Forest Lakes Country Club project.
